2. Restrictions. Software contains industrial secrets and is protected against copies or duplications. 5. Limitation of damages. In any case, the user will have to prove completely in opinion of Inversiones Mipos C.A. that these damages were caused by the program.

6. General. This license constitutes an adhesion contract and, consequently, the opening of the contentious package of the CD or the installation of he himself in case of unloading of software from the Internet, means that the contractor or the assignee accepts without reserves all and each one of the conditions described in this license and the content of the same one will be interpreted under the legislation of the Bolivariana Republic of Venezuela. The violation on the part of any person of anyone of the contentivas clauses of this license will annul it of right plenary session, without the contractor will have right of indemnification some. If anyone of the dispositions of this license were considered illegal by a competent court, by means of definitively firm sentence, the rest of the dispositions they will remain with all its validity and effect.
